Adam Brostovski has over 11 years of experience financing commercial real estate.
Mr. Brostovski joined GCP Capital Group, LLC at its inception in 1996 and became a partner
in 2000. Prior to joining GCP Capital Group, LLC, Mr. Brostovski spent 4 years
specializing and honing his skills arranging commercial mortgage loans in the metropolitan
New York area. Prior to becoming a commercial mortgage broker, Mr. Brostovski was a
practicing attorney for 4 years after graduating from St. John's School of Law in 1987.
Since joining GCP Capital Group, LLC in 1996,
Mr. Brostovski has personally originated over 650 loans totaling over $1.2 billion in
financing. Along with the rest of the partners of GCP, Mr. Brostovski specializes in the
financing of apartment buildings, shopping centers, office buildings and construction
loans.
Mr. Brostovski is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Additionally, he holds
memberships in the Young Mortgage Bankers Association and the Mortgage Bankers Association
of New York. Mr. Brostovski graduated from The State University of New York at Binghamton
in 1984 with majors in Political Science and Spanish.
